> **Pros**: It automatically adds modifiers GO and GP automatically for physical therapy facilities. As billers, we love this functionality.

> **Cons**: I use a lot of 59 modifiers, and it would be nice to have Optimis give us the option to let us add our own modifiers automatically in each of our CPT codes. This option isn't available. I also do not like the fact that Optimis doesn't have an eligibility check built in.
