It also had development issues like reports not generating or financial mistakes that couldn’t be corrected without contacting support. > > Without knowing there were better options out there, I’d say Hippo was pretty good. Tax reporting functionalities were not designed to support Canada's tax and accounting needs, so we did have difficulty in getting some of the tax information initially.
