A basic function of a CRM is to capture incoming leads through a website or other links outside of Crelate. We have multiple forms on our website, some of which ask for a narrative that captures potential leads. We use links (lead magnets) outside of our website to communicate with us for business development. We've spent countless hours and related expenses trying to figure out how to tag where leads are coming from within Crelate. We did a workaround, but seems like a big miss. We almost went with Loxo because of their AI offerings and ability to update contact information automatically. He was able to answer 98% of our questions and would quickly get information from his team on the remaining 5%. He's patient and very knowledgeable.
