Data analitycs and NLP are impressive. Integration of external sources it’s easy as one-click.&#10;Full integration with CRM systems and social networks.&#10;Deep machine learning libraries such fasttext and bert, integrated in the software.

Next to the capturing of feedbacks, we like the flexible possibilities to import, combine and export data with metadata. Analyzing the Voice of the Customer becomes actually fun.
