Also, the sales team is very helpful to set up a more elaborate trial fit for our use cases. When issues arise, like little bugs, these can be annoying, but are usually resolved in a matter of hours. While Mopinion is much cheaper for our highly visited websites, there are artificial limits on number of users and reports. This was a bit of a hassle to figure our during initial trials.
