For example, we have three golf carts that typically stay in the maintenance building, but someone may request to have us stage it elsewhere for an event and don't know to select the maintenance building first to be able to select the golf cart. I enjoy being able to customize the website with our resources and that my changes are protected from others being able to change my data.
