I like the Standard Note template; I like having access to measures like PHQ9 and GAD7 right above my note for ease of administration during a session. My biller does the billing so I can't speak about that. > > **Cons**: What I really DON'T like is the daily schedule page because I have to scroll down to see all my appointments, and if my browser window is not fully expanded, I can't access the "copy note from last session" function on my very last client of the day. It's annoying. Dynamic forms: I would like to be able to load a pdf into a form template more easily. There are measures I'd like to add that, to do so mnaually, is too time consuming. > > Adequate. As I mentioned above, there are formatting issues that would add value to the product. But for ease of workflow, I'm happy enough with Theranest. The experience knowledge when I don’t know something is unhelpful and difficult to follow. I always have to call for help. There are too many platforms to sort through when I look at the online support. The AI chat has also been unhelpful. Looking back, I would have paid for a service with you guys to help start up my business (entering service types, adding clients, etc) but I don’t think it was offered.
