As a business owner using a CRM and field service platform, I expect quick access to core business metrics in one place. Basic questions like: How many leads did we get this week? How many estimates were converted? How many invoices were sent? How much outstanding money is owed?—those should be easy to see in a single dashboard or report. Instead, reporting feels more fragmented than it should be, and it takes extra time to pull together information that should be readily available for making day-to-day business decisions.
