> **Pros**: It is very helpful. I like how keepntrack is very helpful for customer service support and its value.

> **Pros**: It definitely works as far as tracking who is coming and going from the building and checking the sex offender registry. It notifies us to any potential matches. We're also able to mark individuals as not being allowed in the building if a staff member or family reports someone shouldn't be around.

> **Cons**: It's not an easy process to get a potential match marked as not a match. The reports are also not as intuitive to pull out as we'd like them to be.

> **Pros**: This software makes is so easy to tell where all of our students are at a moments notice.  Since it is web-based, we can check it out of the building during fire and evacuation drills.  It also keeps track of student tardies and the student history is easy and convenient to access.  The barcode function is a must have\!\!

> **Cons**: Students are somewhat confused the first time using the system, but once they get used to it, they become very quick at using it.
> 
> We are effectively keeping track of all of our students and are able to provide real time attendance to our administration in case of emergency.  It is easy to set up and use - if you have questions, support is only a "chat" away\!\!

> **Pros**: It encompasses so much\! We use it to track students for late arrival and early departures.
Employees sign in and out which enables us, in an emergency, to print out a report that tells us who is in the building.  An immediate sexual background is done on visitors when checked in.  We have our Volunteers do the  background check and we are able to track volunteer hours.

> **Cons**: I really do not have any concerns. The technical part of the company has always been really helpful.
> 
> The speed at which a background check can be done and the small cost has been a huge benefit for us.
We have been using the system for 9 years now and I always recommend it.

> **Cons**: Some of the changes over the years that I would use on the admin side were taken away and they made the software user friendly.

> My overall experience has been great.  We started with KeepnTrack before they were sold and it was put as online software, so they have come along way.
