They can really work on improving their user experience and creating more pleasing designs. The server-side performance is very poor. Most importantly, the company will not honor its advertised money-back guarantee. I requested a refund 4 days after purchase (out of 14 advertised) and while we no longer have the software, they still have not refunded the money. It looks like they were simply trying to run out the clock so we can't dispute it.
