> **Cons**: Often times there are a lot of folders pick from and it can get confusing. Would be helpful if there was one folder that states "Current" instead of having to open folder after folder to find what is most current.

> It has been simple to use, download is fast, being notified the minute an update occurs is great\!

> The MySmartPlans database  is very user-friendly from the start-up, maintaining the dashboards during construction and through to the closeout. It's great having all of the construction  project's information and documentation in one place.  The closeout dashboard is invaluable for our shop personnel to access documents  for future maintenance of the projects. The MSP Staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The Customer Service recieved from the Project Information Managers is second to none.
