> As a new company we were tracking our vacation/sick/personal days on an excel spreadsheet from submitted paper forms.  As the company grew rapidly, this process became very cumbersome, time consuming and annoying\!  We were aware of software programs that offered an online solution however we wanted something simple and easy to use without a bunch of extras and bells and whistles.  Introduce DaysPlan\!  This is EXACTLY what we were looking for\!\!\!\!  An easy, simple web-based tool that is super user friendly\!  As we came to learn DaysPlan it is more than just easy and simple\!  The service provided by their support team to their sales staff is that of the big name vendors nothing short of exceptional\!  From the very beginning of setting up our database to listening, efficient on line support and implementing suggestions are a few of the exceptional services they offer.  Throughout our whole process of setting up DaysPlan to going live with our staff I have to say the part that impressed me the most was how fast our users started using the program with little to no issue\!  That as well as being able to run two holiday schedules (Canadian and US).  Once the system went live all I had to do was advise our users to change their password, show them how to submit their request and that was it\!  Our company has never looked back\!  One component of the software that our organization get great benefit from is the Corporate Team View.  This feature is HIGHLY beneficial to all our users. We can't believe how we were tracking and submitting requests before DaysPlan.why didn't we start DaysPlan earlier\!\!\!  My advice..no matter the size of a company (big or small) don't waist time with old fashioned methods of tracking your leave DaysPlan is the way to go\!

> **Pros**: The new version of the program has sorted out most of the bugs that existed with the older version. It is very easy to set up and use.  Sameer has been very responsive to problems and issues.
