> After under quoting a house when I was first starting out and making a loss I was on the lookout for a solution to be more accurate and professional with my quoting . I saw Cordell estimator in a trade magazine, took a trial, bought it and never looked back, I have now used Cordell estimator for decades prior to the cloud based versions of today and since using Cordell estimator I have made a profit on every job. Best decision I ever made .

> **Cons**: My heart bled when the ability to select a room was removed from the software, when scoping repairs to a house it used to be great being able to list Bedroom 1, Bedroom 2 and so  using a click tab function - now I have to find a way of entering this detail then jiggling the report format to make some form of sense for my clients.

Entering into a contract it also enables me to identify what's not included as well \!
Professionally, it helps show my clients careful consideration of their project.

> **Pros**: My organisation prefers to use the Elemental costing as this has reduced the time to quote for clients.

> **Cons**: For the costing of the software programme you only get 1 loggin.
I believe you should have a minium of 2 at the same time so you can cross reference with one another . this will be more acurate \& saving more time when completing the estimates/quotations.

> I started with Cordell back in 1994 since 2013 to its present date I have been a happy subscriber due to the fact of its professional set up, the constant estimate updates, and the tranning on offer at any given time.
At the end of the day this has given me less time in the office more time with my family.

We have found it to be user friendly
