It is mobile friendly and the interface and presentation of the survey was just amazing. It allowed us to place a link at the end of the survey that took the respondents to a form they could claim their gift from us for taking the time to answer our survey. We needed customer service a few time throughout the process and they were just amazing with answering all of our questions in an excellent timely manner.
