- Easy to keep candidates up to date so they don't fall through the cracks
- Great reporting

> **Cons**: - Managers can't sign in to view applicants
- Doesn't have an integration with calendars ( at least it didn't when I used it)
- It takes a lot of clicks to move in and out of profiles
> 
> Overall it was good for our needs but I would like a little more ease of use and intuition.
