> **Pros**: The software is pretty easy to use and configure for a wide range of requirements. There are pre-built packages for a good number of existing requirements but it is pretty easy for a non-programmer type to create and adjust screens and setting to function as desired.

> My overall experience is pretty good with this product. It's difficult for any software to work 100% for anyone but the flexibility in TracerPlus comes pretty close. We use the product to accommodate many different customer needs.
