> **Pros**: Docing is easy and able to navigate throughout. Learning more things daily and at the conference especially with AI.

> **Cons**: Downtimes during the peak times to do doc.  When you send an scomm and it take you out of the search for data.

> **Cons**: I don't like that you can't update users or other applications without changing info from the start of therap.

> **Pros**: Therap is very easy to get around in. Easy access and very user friendly. If you would make a mistake you can go back in and correct the error. Nothing saves until you save it.

> **Cons**: When Therap goes down and you are in the middle of documenting you lose everything and have to go back in and redo it. Limited amount of characters when typing your documentation
