> **Pros**: What I like most about TeamViewer ONE is how easy it is to connect to another device. At work I use it a lot for helping coworkers when they get stuck or when I need to access my own system remotely. &#10;The connection is usually fast and smooth, even when the network isn’t perfect. &#10;File transfer is quick and saves me time because I don’t have to email stuff around. The interface is simple enough that even non‑tech people can follow instructions. It also works across different devices, which is handy when I’m not on my main laptop.

> **Cons**: Sometimes the connection drops randomly and I have to reconnect again, which gets annoying when I’m in the middle of fixing something. &#10;The app can feel a bit heavy on older machines and takes a moment to load. A few features are hidden in menus and take time to find. The mobile version works but it’s not very comfortable to control a full desktop from a phone. &#10;Also, sometimes the session freezes for a few seconds and I have to wait it out. Not huge issues but they slow me down during busy days.

I use TeamViewer ONE mainly for remote support and quick troubleshooting at work, and it saves me a lot of walking around or waiting for someone to explain their issue. &#10;It’s reliable enough for daily use and makes remote access simple. There are small bugs and connection hiccups here and there, but nothing that stops me from doing my job.&#10; For remote support and accessing files or apps from another device, it works well and keeps things efficient.

Being able to get into a machine remotely without a lot of setup on the user's end is convenient, and the interface is familiar enough that most people can figure out the basics quickly. I'll give it that much. For one-off remote sessions it does what it advertises.

> **Cons**: The pricing is genuinely hard to justify, especially for a nonprofit. It's expensive for what you get and the licensing model feels designed to squeeze as much as possible out of you with tiers that don't map cleanly to actual use cases. On top of that, we ran into connection reliability issues more often than expected, and their response when flagging commercial use detection on legitimate installs was frustrating to deal with. There are better and more affordable RMM options out there that cover the same ground without the headaches.

> We moved away from TeamViewer and honestly don't miss it. The cost to value ratio just wasn't there compared to other tools we evaluated. It's one of those products that coasted on name recognition for years while competitors caught up and passed it, and the pricing hasn't kept pace with that reality. If you're a small nonprofit or a lean IT team trying to be responsible with budget, I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere before committing to this one.

> **Cons**: The new interface is a mess, with missing funtionality in basics, including things like sorting all devices by group. It is trying to be all tools crammed into one UI and thus bad at all of them. They should really make a remote control only UI with all the funtionality of the old one. Also the new one seems to fail connections a LOT.

> It used to be good and useful, if a bit expensive tool, but then they decided to make a new, worse version, so now it is a frustration to use.

Deployment from an MDM (intune) is easy and like the ability to configure unattended access. Admin app for managing devices and session is clean looking and organized. Ability to chat and transfer files.

> **Cons**: The app was strictly just a remote support too. It doesn't really provide any other useful tools/features/information to assist with your daily computer troubleshooting. It would be helpful to get system specs or computer resources utilization or last reboot or uptime or show running processes.

> Overall a very good and modern remote support tool. Integrates and deploys well with most MDMs. The quick support app is very useful for one off remote sessions.
