I love the interview questions that are created based on the scoring.

Cons:

I wish it was linked to indeed to easily mesh the two products.

Comments: Overall satisfied and again easy to navigate. UI is superb

Pros:

Easy to navigate for both user admin and applicants

Cons:

Not much but was hoping we could utilize and integrate the onboarding part of it

Decent product

Comments: Good. Reps are great. I wish there was more guidance for how to make the CCAT more equitable.

Pros:

Ease of use. The platform is relatively straight forward.

Cons:

Glitches in platform. (redirect login page, completed assessment emails delayed, choice for customized roles when selecting testing packages as they are too general and not useful)

Criteria - Great product

Comments: We have only been using Criteria for a couple of months but I have been very happy with the results so far.

Pros:

I like that is integrates with out ATS system.

Cons:

Haven't found anything that I don't like.

Criteria testing significantly enhanced our hiring process

Comments: The platform is user-friendly, providing detailed results. The score range helps indicate where a candidate should fall for a specific role. Additionally, I have received positive feedback from candidates about the user-friendliness of the battery tests.

Pros:

Criteria testing significantly improved our hiring process by providing insights that cannot be garnered through interviews alone. I contacted Criteria directly when I had questions about a specific result, and they were extremely knowledgeable and quick to assist.

Cons:

The only thing that comes to mind is the Talent Signal. I believe that could be better defined.
