They chose Json file format which lends to sever limitations on calendar items, ran into massive issue with legal office. They charge rediculous fee to maintain product and provide little support, everything is a cost per ticket if you need someone to help otherwise it takes a day to get a response assuming its not late afternoon thursday\!. > > Lastly their support is available only 4 days of the week. The third party spam \& AV filtering they have integrated is not very good (we have went to a TrendMicro Hosted Gateway solution to fix this).
