Connecting emails, portal conversations, texts, etc so everyone can see the progress on a matter is so important. Also integrationality with other software apps is critical and it does this well. > > **Cons**: Leads kanban is pretty much useless because it doesn't connect to email, so there's essentially no functionality to it. > > It's not perfect, but it's way better than Clio and Practice Panther based on my usage. Customer service is pretty responsive. Rollouts are not always smooth, unfortunately, but they do seem to be doing updates from time to time. I’ve used other platforms that maintain a public or internal feature‑request tracker showing what’s been submitted, what’s under review, and what’s actively being developed, and I really wish MyCase had something similar. Its not the top of the market in that it does not have the robust items for a personal injury or employment law case, it allows for contingency but doesn't actually have any functionality built in for contingency cases.
