Pros:

Great UI and guided setup. Ease of use. Awesome integrations with personal website.

Cons:

Could be easier to set up integrations with physical payment systems. This lack of clarity was enough to keep from going that route, but easy to work around.

Comments: Overall, for the price it does the function necessary for a lower price that other platforms. If the platform was a little easier to use and easier for customers to find this would be helpful.

Pros:

As a small business owner, I love the low ticket fees and functionality of being able to sell a ticket online. I've used this software for lots of events.

Cons:

The ease of use and look of the software is not as nice as their competitors. Ticket tailor does not easily allow customers to find tickets without a direct link. Other platforms allow customers to easily find tickets when searching online.

Best ticketing platform for small businesses and the planet!

Pros:

I made the switch from Eventbrite to Ticket Tailor for selling tickets for my forest bathing walks (Soft Earth Forest Therapy), and I'm so glad I did. Not only is Ticket Tailor B Corp certified, they donate a portion of each ticket sold to one of their climate charity partners. Their services are seamless and easy to use, their support is fast, kind, and helpful, and I feel really good knowing that a portion of the fees I pay for are supporting an awesome business doing important work for small entrepreneurs like me, as well as our planet.

Cons:

I can't think of anything at the moment.

Comments: Generally good for everything we needed it for however I spent £48 on credits to get started so should have priced the tickets £1 more to cover costs but was too late as I had already told people prices. Feel that fund raising events should be free tickets or just part of the fee as I had to but credits and also customers pay fee too.

Having to buy credits initially which I personally paid as I’m just an organiser. Didn’t realise this as I thought it was all done through fees so I am £48 less myself.

Comments: Really pleased, customer service has been impeccable, I had a few questions when setting up the page and the webchat was always quick and easy to use, with helpful advice from a real person, not a robot! And all the users reported how quick and easy it was - we're thrilled to have started online ticket sales for our school events and won't be going back!

Pros:

It was so easy to adjust settings behind the scenes, the people purchasing found the process very simple and easy to use and the notifications were really helpful via email. We used the data of types of tickets sold and money raised to help us calculate how many people coming etc.

Cons:

Nothing bad to report from using it for this event!

Comments: With Ticket Tailor we can now accurately track how many people register for an event, and compare that to how many people actually attend the event. We can now also collect emails efficiently for producing distribution lists of attendees for thank you notes and future marketing of events.

Pros:

I loved how I can have the flexibility of making the tickets either free or to determine the cost, and to factor in the additional fee for processing through Ticket Tailor.

Cons:

Not being able to list specific names under one singular party. That made checking people in a little less specific than I would have liked.

Comments: Fantastic.

Pros:

Quick to learn, easy to get an overview, lots of options for adding discounts. Works for in person and online events really well. Customer service is really good and almost always available in no time.

Cons:

The broadcast feature is very limited in control of the way the emails look. Visually it's hard to make a professional looking email. Or maybe I need to become better with HTML. Some good templates would be amazing. Although this doesn't stop me using your software, because everything else is so good! Also, please add a feature where I can have JUST a booking page. Not the sales page. I have to dig about in the embed code to find the URL. It'd be nice to just have a button that says copy URL for booking page. I can then send people straight there from my website. And, for larger events, it would be amazing if you could offer monthly payments for larger courses instead of a single large payment - if that's possible.

Comments: I've used many platforms and always come back to ticket tailor, i really recommend it.

Pros:

Instant paypal payments for each ticket transaction No middleman fees Low fees Easy to set up and manage box office Easy to manage guests Easy to view basic insights on ticket sale performance

Cons:

Occasionally need to manually resend ticket when someone doesnt recieve ticket No warning if you go over subscription tier ticket limit, just upgrades automatically

Most Economical Ticket Management Software!

Comments: Any problems I have ever had with TicketTailor, Lon and the rest of the team were quick to provide me a solution if I was not able to find the answer myself with their online forum.

Pros:

This software is super easy to use when selling tickets to an event. I use this software to host a Gala twice a year for a Cancer Charity I work for and it is so easy to setup and customize. Also, it only costs $25/month to use with no contract. After my event, I pause the billing until my next event! Although the software developers are in the U.K. they are VERY friendly and quick to respond to your questions (no charge). The things I love about this software are too numerous to list!

Cons:

The ONLY thing I can think of that I don't like about this software is the fact that sometimes you have to dig to find a certain feature you are looking for.

Game changing process

Comments: I can't recommend Ticket Tailor more highly. It's literally changed my life! As new micro community business owner, I'm not yet earning much money and can't really justify a website, but then I found Ticket Tailor. It behaves like a website and acts as a platform for me to promote my community events. It's very user friendly and it's easy to edit details, duplicate events, change tickets, customise the message the customer receives after they've booked etc. But when I do get a website, it will intergrate within it. Plus Ticket Tailor has loads of features I haven't yet explored properly like adding products to upsell and creating a private community. Its more straightforward than Eventbrite and I love all the customisable options. 10/10 from me!

Pros:

Everything! From ease of use, to customisations, to branded colours etc, to choice of integrations, to scanning in app, to transparent costs, to customer service.

Cons:

I'd like to be able to add details of sponsors for my events.

Pros:

From the moment I signed up, I was able to set up my event and start selling tickets in a matter of minutes. The process of creating my locker was very easy and I was able to customize it with my own logo and colors, giving it a professional look and consistency with my brand.

Cons:

I would like the platform to have more integration options with other tools and services. While there is the ability to integrate with some popular apps, I wish there were more options available so I could connect this platform with all my usual marketing and event management tools.

This a great system if you want basic ticket sales for smaller events

Comments: I have enjoyed working with the Ticket Tailor system. The team are all very professional, knowledgable and diligent. The system itself has been rock solid reliable and has never failed to deliver. If the system allowed us to grow the way we need to I doubt we would ever change.

Pros:

The number one thing I like about Ticket Tailor is the support staff. They havent always had an answer that was what I wanted to hear but they have been there pretty much 24/7 and have always given 100% effort to help me out. I am a very demanding customer and I can be difficult when I need something in a rush and Ticket Tailor never let me down.

Cons:

This is very personal to me because I run a company that works in a slightly odd way to the regular Ticket Tailor customer. For me the system is a little inflexible, slightly light on features and the reporting system is just lacking a few finer details. Please dont let that put you off unless you are, like us, trying to offer ticketing services on behalf of events. The lack of options regarding payment APIs is also an issue. Stripe, Stripe or Stripe.

Ticket Tailor makes event running easy

Comments: We find it easy to set up and sell tickets to our events. The customer service is impeccable, fast, reliable and present for whenever you need it - and polite and full of personality too. I can't recommend it enough, especially now the different payment structures are in place for people like us who don't run events regularly enough for a monthly fee.

Pros:

We run occasional events - online and in person. Ticket tailor makes it easy for us to set up, sell and communicate to our event attendees. The payment portal is easy, the software is easy to navigate and use, and the features that allow you to integrate to other systems also mean seamless integration and the least a amount of time spent on admin for the events. The recurring event feature is very useful.

Cons:

Refunds need to be processed in a different software (where payments are taken) so that can be a little tricky, but only because everything else is 'in platform'

Great Product for Event Ticket Sales

Comments: I have been using this after I migrated off of Event Brite due to the high fees. I am more than pleased with the transition. I have lowered my expenses by thousands of dollars per year and as a small business owner this has been huge! It does not do everything that some of the bigger players but I did not need most of the tools.

Pros:

For the cost, it does almost everything I need. I run multiple events at a time and the configuration across the events is great. Great integration into my website. Extremely easy to use.

Cons:

1. Need more email and customer outreach tools in the software. 2. Would like to sell additional add ons with pictures and options (not really deep on functionality at this time). 3. Reporting is super weak!
