- **Pricing Details**: Dispatchly has five packages, tiered by monthly parcel volume. Starter runs on commission. Growth, Pro, Scale and Enterprise are a flat monthly fee with no share of what is recovered and no success fee. Refunds are credited by the carrier directly to your own carrier account, so recovered money never passes through Dispatchly.

Starter - 29% of what we recover, no monthly fee, nothing upfront. Up to 5,000 parcels per month. The first €249 of commission covers setup.

Growth - €419 per month billed annually (€5,028 a year), or €499 billed monthly. 5,000 to 10,000 parcels per month. €249 setup fee.

Pro - €749 per month billed annually (€8,988 a year), or €899 billed monthly. 10,000 to 20,000 parcels per month. €499 setup fee.

Scale - €1,499 per month billed annually (€17,988 a year), or €1,799 billed monthly. 20,000 to 50,000 parcels per month. €999 setup fee.

Enterprise - from €2,999 per month, billed annually with a 12-month minimum. 50,000+ parcels per month. €2,499 setup fee.

Monthly billing has no commitment. There are no overage or per-parcel charges: volume is measured as a 3-month rolling average, and you move up a package with notice. Growth and up start with one free month after setup. Stop before it ends and you pay only the setup fee; stay and the setup fee is waived. Extra seats are €25 per seat per month.
