It gives you AI voice agents, CRM, automations, SMS, email, and other tools in one place, which makes it much easier to manage customer communication and workflows. There’s a lot to learn, but the support and training help a lot. Definitely a strong option if you’re building an AI agency or want to add AI automation to a business.
