The \[sensitive content hidden\], are incredibly attentive and genuinely invested in understanding what event organisers actually need. The level of customer service is exceptional — questions are answered quickly, issues are dealt with efficiently, and there’s always a sense that you’re speaking to people who understand the realities of running live events.

What I appreciate most is that they genuinely listen to feedback. Suggestions aren’t simply acknowledged and forgotten; the team takes the time to understand why something would be useful and, where possible, looks at how it can be improved or incorporated into the platform. That responsiveness is rare and makes Tessera feel like a platform that is continuously evolving alongside its users.

From an organiser’s perspective, the platform itself is extremely easy to navigate. Setting up events, managing ticket categories and guest lists, tracking sales and making changes is straightforward and intuitive — particularly valuable when you’re managing multiple moving parts around an event.

Overall, Tessera combines an easy-to-use platform with something technology companies sometimes overlook: genuinely excellent, personal customer service. I’ve had a very positive experience working with the team and would happily recommend Tessera to other event organisers.
