> **Pros**: It is multifunctional and has multiple features for processing mailing lists. Features to standardize the list fields such as making them Upper Lower Case not just the address but the other fields such as persons name, company name give lists a professional look.  You can insert a field into the list such as a source code or a message line.   Unlike Excel, iAddress doesn't tinker with date fields so data that looks like a date is not converted.  Features such as choosing length of city name allows you to layout a label without worrying about cities with long names pushing the Postal Code beyond the printable zone.

> **Cons**: Selecting the location to store Canada Post reports and sort output label files is time consuming.  I have a specific location for each issue within a Magazines directory so I must carefully set each sort's output files carefully

> I used the previous PC version of iAddress for about 20 years before migrating to the new on line edition.  There was a problem with generating "DOS" labels for Matrix line printers.  I walked through the problem with Carolyn because it was not obvious to most users and she then arranged for the support staff to make the updates to resolve my problem.    I've had success with the software ever since.  I acquired a new PC and was able to migrate to it painlessly.

> **Pros**: The cloud version is very simple to use, from start to finish running our data base through with reports at the end takes only a few minutes of time.  It's all the information that counts, and no extra fluff that you don't really require.  Corrections to addresses have been exactly what Canada Post requires, and the results have been successful for us so far. \[sensitive content hidden\] was very kind helping me get our first submission processed, with useful instruction over a phone call, this on top of her online training session that she had completed with my team.

> **Cons**: iAddress has an older late 90's feel to the software windows, drop downs, functions etc, this isn't necessarily a con, but it feels like an older type of user interface.  Data delivery is the same, very old school feel, but that is not a bad thing, just something most people are not used to seeing or dealing with these days.  That being said, it is simple and easy to use, all the functions perform as expected.
