It has the best elements of other platforms out there and goes (many) steps further. FROM A SALES LEADER'S PERSPECTIVE: I love the clear, accurate reporting that is built for my business (Wholeasle/Retail distribution in specialty and independent channels). I can automate emails to reps for ATS reports, Customer Sales Summaries, Invoices, Buyer Order Alerts, Shipment Notifications, Sales vs Forecast, etc. Saved me from building out automations from my ERP. There is the ability to include rep level forecasts (currently as a bucket, but I know account level is coming soon) which is extremely helpful as it appears right on the dashboard. I don't need to switch between spreadsheets or other platforms. While there is a CRM function, I haven't had the need to utilize it just yet, but very likely will be in the future. The team at Keystone has been wildly receptive to feedback. I can send email campaigns straight through Keystone. It allows me to segment and chop my customer and prospect lists based on a myriad of filters. No more need for another ESP license. They have "Gus" built in, an AI agent that can assist with questions, issues, or even some automation. I haven't quite explored this to the full extent yet, but shows a lot of promise. FROM A REPS PERSPECTIVE: It is darn simple to use. I had planned on doing a training session before I launched to reps. At the last minute, I decided to push this out, let them explore on their own, then do some practical training after they familiarized themselves. After launching to my independent reps (w/o training), I had 3 calls within 24 hours from them raving about how intuitive it is. Easy to navigate. Access to so much of what they used to constantly email us for. Has cut down on info requests by reps SIGNIFICANTLY, driving time efficiency with my Sales Ops team (who are also delighted). Haven't needed to do any rep training so far. Wild. They are able to send draft orders to accounts for approval (pretty standard, but Keystone does it well). I can even add in an image of my fixture and build out a visual assortment via the Whiteboard Order function. Makes it easy for customers to say yes. > > **Cons**: There's not much I can say on the Cons side. However, they are new. New platforms always have bugs and kinks that need to be worked out. On the flip side, the customer service has been 11/10. Any issues I have run into so far (nothing major) have been addressed at a lightning speed. Communication is clear and timely. > > Look, B2B portals are incredibly personal. Every sales leader and rep has their own preferences. Someone could absolutely LOVE a platform while another could despise the same one. I've found my favorite in Keystone. As we grow up, our definition of "toys" changes. As a kid, I used to get amped about Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, a new bike, a gaming console. Christmas morning was always a blast. The day I launched Keystone was my new Christmas morning. I liken the features of Keystone to learning a new cheat code or secret move in Mortal Kombat.
