> **Pros**: Install and measure job log tracking, picture upload \& overall organization has been enhanced since onboarding with Stonify.

> **Cons**: In order for a system to work properly you need to feed it accurate \& consistent data. Training employees to be accountable \& accurate was the most difficult part throughout the onboarding process.

> At Surface Solutions, switching off our old system wasn't something we took lightly. It meant leaning on Stonify's team a lot in the early days, plenty of calls, plenty of training, plenty of "wait, how do I do this again." What stood out is they always seemed genuinely happy to help, no matter how many times we asked. At one point we mentioned it'd be nice to text customers straight from the platform instead of juggling another app, and before long, we had the Twilio integration set up for us. We're coming up on our first year using it, and honestly the support hasn't slowed down one bit.
