> **Pros**: The biggest advantage i'd say is the concrete roofing workflow that RoofV brings into one platform. The AI roof tracing measurements save time and are solid, the inspection reporting or 'heat map' makes it easy to turn the site findings into something the client can actually understand and I would say it helps a lot with the sale. Being able to associate deficiencies with photos and adding it into our report is amazing and the ease of doing that helps a lot. Having basically RoofR, a companycam and a jobnimbus all in one software saves us a ton of money and I am recommending it to all my buddies, even if they aren't roofers.

> **Cons**: There are a couple areas where additional customization would be useful as well as some automations here and there. I was able to speak with the support team and they were able to import everything, but doing it myself resulted in a couple issues, thankfully the support made up for that. That said since we started, improvements have been frequent and the core features work very well.

> Overall RoofV has made our roof assessment to closing much more efficient than with all our other softwares/services we used in the past. Instead of using a seperate tool for the measurements, the photos, estimates, and reports keeping everything in one place makes it a lot easier, especially when dealing with roofers. It saves us time in the field and office and gives our team the ability to organize our jobs better. I would highly recommend this software, I've also been talking with the RoofV team and the vision they have for the company seems like they're going to introduce a lot of cool features and it's about time a company stepped up to give better pricing to these construction companies.
