Basis is permanently free of charge: one association with up to ten units, including read access, export and a manual booking journal. Pro covers up to 30 units per association and adds bank import as CSV, MT940 or CAMT with automatic matching, the annual statement with asset report and the certificate for household-related services, versioned meeting minutes, the continuous resolution register and the owner portal. Pro costs 14.90 euros per month or 149 euros per year, which corresponds to ten monthly payments. Prices include German VAT at 19 per cent, because most self-managed associations cannot reclaim input tax. Associations with more than 30 units receive an individual quote.
