> **Pros**: We were drowning in email threads, clients sending blurry screenshots, vague descriptions, wrong URLs. This tool has saved us, clients click the widget, describe the issue, and we get everything we actually need in Jira. Session replay, console logs, the works. It's cheaper and also better than other similar tools we've used in the past.

> **Cons**: Would love it if it worked on mobile apps also, as we receive a lot of client and QA feedback on our Apps before they make it to the app store.

Honestly took about 3 minutes to set up on our first client site and it just worked. We've rolled it out across most of our clients now. The biggest win is that our devs stopped complaining about bug reports.
