All while being able to pivot at any time of day where drivers expect changes to plans > > **Cons**: -Load/refresh times on time sensitive tasks like dispatch have increased over the past 7 months --\>In specific, the map has to be reloaded \& no longer refreshes changes in real time for the last 3+ months. This includes viewing route changes on the map as they are dropped into route from dispatch. Also seeing the Van populate in the right location on the map after changing to the correct Van in-use. The action of refreshing the website is necessary in order to see both of these changes function. Cumulatively, the amount of time this takes adds up \& is crucial on a busy day. -Pressing so many clicks each day that the addition of click per serialized item on "record delivery screen" is redundant for contract management -Drivers have access to reassign who is assigned to each route under the logistics tab --\> They should not have permissions to this as it could \& has created a huge issue when blame is placed on the dispatcher who should be the only ones having permission to this > > Moab is a powerful tool. I'm happy about the improvements \& focus on cutting down time spent in contract management by creating a seamless way to do inventory through asset \# scanning \& checklists --\> Specific photos are crucial for liability purposes (leaks) -Could be great to add more real time feedback like leaderboards for drivers --\> Anything to make it more competitive/encourage work --\>Track \# jobs done. \# of each unit installed per person -The hardest part of the job for managers/coordinator role is asking people to go on routes late night/early morning. Drivers have emotion towards who is picked \& place blame on those who dispatch the.
