### "The first feedback tool I didn't have to train my clients to use" — 5.0/5

> **Pros**: Honestly the thing that won me over wasn't a feature. It was that my clients use it without me having to teach them anything. They get a link, they click on the page, they comment. No account, no browser extension, no walkthrough call. On my side every comment shows up with the browser and device info attached, so I'm not playing detective trying to reproduce a bug I can't see. The side-by-side breakpoint view is also a real time-saver during QA. Catching responsive issues across viewports at once beats checking them one at a time.

> **Cons**: The one thing I'd put on a wishlist is rich-text support inside the comments. Right now comments are plain text, and there are times I'd like to add a bit of formatting to make a longer note clearer. It's a minor thing though, and by no means a dealbreaker.

> HuddleKit has become a standard part of my QA process as a Webflow developer. The real before-and-after is the friction of collecting feedback. I used to lose client comments across email threads, Loom videos, and "can you see this glitch?" messages with no context. Now feedback comes in pinned to the exact spot on the page with the device and browser already attached, which means I spend less time figuring out what a client meant and more time actually fixing things. The flat per-workspace pricing with unlimited guests also fits agency and freelance work well, since I'm inviting a different client into every project and don't want per-seat costs stacking up.

> **Cons**: limited free tier. less of a problem goes away if you pay for a subscription, would highly recommend doing so.
