> **Pros**: Easy, fast onboarding that was critical to getting my development and operating commercial real estate business up and running. (~1 month versus the 12 months it took me for Yardi). Highly automated system that allowed me to limit my back-office hires and no external consultant needed. Incredible customer support with lots of flexibility in custom reporting. Great software with institutional reporting and processes without the hassle of Yardi / MRI
