> **Pros**: It lives in the org. Managed package, Named Credentials, masking on by default. We pick the model and pay that vendor at our rate. GPTfy is a seat price, not a conversation meter. Pre-built prompts got us drafting emails, case notes, and follow-ups in days without standing up Data Cloud.

> **Cons**: Setup is not zero. Someone still has to own Named Credentials, grounding rules, and the prompt catalog, or quality drifts. You also pay the LLM provider separately, so total cost is GPTfy seats plus tokens. If your world is not Salesforce, this is the wrong tool.
> 
> We wanted AI on Salesforce without a blank cheque and without turning masking off “for accuracy.” GPTfy matched that. Reps stay in Salesforce (and Outlook/Teams/Slack if you use those). Outputs are only as good as the prompts you maintain, which is fair. Go-live on the first prompts was days. Full email sync and custom prompts took a couple of weeks, not a quarter. I’d buy it again for the pricing model and the fact that raw data does not sit on someone else’s GPTfy server.
