The BEO builder saves hours per event — you answer a few questions and get a polished banquet event order that clients can e-sign. Attribution tracking shows exactly which leads came from Google Ads vs. organic vs. referral, which matters when you're spending money on marketing. The embedded lead form drops into any website in two minutes.

> **Cons**: Reporting could be deeper — I'd like more customizable dashboards for things like revenue by event type over time. The mobile experience works but isn't as polished as desktop yet. Onboarding takes a bit of hand-holding for venue teams that aren't tech-savvy.
