> **Pros**: Ease of use when our team is making charges. Ability to upload receipts and code them on an app that can be downloaded by each team member. Easily for the administrator to see and reconcile statements.

> **Cons**: They are still relatively new, so some kinks and learning curve adjustments are being worked on. They were free when we started and now there is a monthly charge. Cash back is not as good as a bank card and that has been a hard since our organization charges a lot.

> They listen when you have concerns or offer product development. They are a good company that provides an alternative to more expensive similar card management for organizations. Customer support is getting better than when we started with more options to chat, talk by phone or create a ticket or email.

> **Cons**: Reports.  I would like the ability to print a pdf of each person's charges for the month.  I can export to CSV but it is not an easy format to use when sending a report to the Board. The way they do disputes.  Many times the expense posts and then we have to wait for a refund.

> **Pros**: Ease of adding receipts as soon as the purchase is made. I value the link to Amazon Business where receipts come in when charge is made.

> **Cons**: Cannot turn off receipt requirement for certain itemssuch as dining out. Does not allow to turn off receipt requirement for recurring charges. Cannot just select a column to view all together such as User. Going to filter each time I want to see a User is time wasted. Most apps have options to select a column and it will sort.

> Not super happy about the charges since we were sold on the FREE aspect and promised a monatary return on our points. Still has not happened. The monthly fee is what banks charge on an annual basis. I'm pushing management to move to a different company.

> **Pros**: Saves us a fortune. Customer service has been very quick to reply and actually answered questions asked. The platform is very easy to use. The ability to adjust, add \& delete cards on fly is priceless. The bank integration has worked flawlessly. Uploading to Quickbooks is also smooth. I also love the reminders to post receipts as now I no longer have to pester volunteers and Exec Dir for receipts\!\! Not to mention the reason we first started using them, the organization, not an individual, is the guarantor of the account

> **Cons**: Attached receipts don't move to Quickbooks when updating. There is a work around, so it's not a huge deal. We use a dozen or so classes, but one just will not load into KleerCard - not sure what that is about.

> Amazing\! Outstanding\! Can't give it enough praise. We've been using KleerCard for about 18 months. We've saved enough to cover the cost of well over 500 meals\! That's a big deal for our little food bank.

> **Cons**: It sometimes doesn't sync to Aplos correctly.  It will do weird things randomly.  Users cannot reset their own password.

> Overall, great.  Saves time.  Other than losing credit card points, it's a free platform that does the job.
