> **Pros**: We are most excited about what the potential of having a connected factory brings to our business.  We use it to share information across our company with our entire team, which allows us to continually improve and optimize all of our CNC machining processes.

> **Pros**: Our experience working with Harmoni at ARCH Cutting Tools in Flushing, Michigan, has been exceptionally positive. Their machine monitoring system has performed reliably from day one, and the level of support provided by their team has been outstanding throughout the engagement.

The visibility and data the system provides have been instrumental in helping us elevate performance and make informed operational improvements. The implementation itself was smooth and integrated seamlessly into our existing environment, allowing us to realize value quickly. Real-time access to meaningful data has strengthened our ability to make timely, data-driven decisions across the operation.

We began with 10 machines and, following a successful initial rollout, expanded the system to 24 machines. Based on the results we have seen, we fully expect to continue expanding the system further.

Harmoni has proven to be a strong partner, and we would confidently recommend them to any organization evaluating a machine monitoring solution.

> **Pros**: It's pretty easy for the people on the shop floor to actually use. It makes clocking into jobs very simple since you don't have to go run around and find what you're supposed to be working on. Data collection has improved significantly, it's basically resolved all of our part counting issues. The communication has also gotten really good. We get regular updates about upcoming features and have a biweekly call with Nate to go over changes and make sure tickets get resolved in a timely manner.

> **Cons**: For a long stretch the development process left a lot to be desired. Just about every update seemed to reintroduce a bug we'd already opened a ticket to fix. Program loading was especially painful. It pointed to a lack of end-to-end testing.
That said, they've since turned it around. The update process is much more controlled and they don't break program uploading anymore. The move to FTP program loading made it far more reliable, and they've shown great improvements to their testing process.

> Overall, working with Harmoni has been good and is getting better. They have built a solid release cadence for updates to the terminals and give us the flexibility to choose between the latest features and a more proven version.
Being their first customer, it's crazy to see how far they have progressed from the demo we had over four years ago\!

> **Pros**: I like the fact it integrates with our ERP system and allows the operators access to clocking in and out of jobs at their control. The program management has also been a huge benefit to us monitoring changes on the floor and providing direct feedback to the programmers. Support is also a big plus with very fast responses and solutions.

> **Cons**: I would say the reports are not quite there yet. Although they have been improving with updates so and I am finding them more useful as they are updating.
> 
> Overall Harmoni has been great and has help out shop in several different ways which is why I think it is such a great product.

By unifying time tracking, DNC/machine networking, ERP data, inspections, and RFID job and tool tracking into a single interface, it creates a true 'single pane of glass' for the shop floor.

> **Cons**: Not built for native inventory transactions. Managing complex assemblies may require 'outside-the-box' thinking to successfully map workflows within the system.

> If you're looking for a system that operators actually enjoy using while still getting vital data to management, Harmoni is it. Setup is easy, but the real standout is the team. They’re a brilliant group of people who understand real-world shop floor issues and know exactly how to integrate data across multiple platforms.
