> **Pros**: The flexibility of the platform has been one of its biggest strengths. We've been able to configure it to support a fairly unique case, including certification workflows, evidence submission, resources, and an AI-powered search and chatbot function to help users quickly find relevant information.
Just as importantly, the team were fantastic to work with throughout the process, taking the time to understand our requirements and working collaboratively to deliver a solution that met our needs. The development process felt like a genuine partnership.
