As with all of the AI I have from them, Customer support is usually fixing your problem withing tha day, and on weekends you do have to wait until next monday, but that's OK. Ease of use, as with everything AI related, there is a learning curve, fortunately, you only pay once while you learn. Content creation is not unlimited but you can do a lot from it one day, and the next you can do some much more without emptying your wallet for it. I am very impressed by the cloning of my own voice, as well as the cloning of some famous actors from my childhood, I'm having a blast with that. They are constantly doing their best to compete against the bigger budget programs out there and still, their updates keep on coming without asking for any more money, unless you paid for the low tier version.
