> **Pros**: Am besten gefällt uns, dass Metasoul DSGVO von “Dokumente schreiben” zu einem klaren Workflow mit konkreten Next Steps macht – dadurch wird es wirklich erledigt.
Die Outputs sind strukturiert und sofort nutzbar (z.B. VVT/TOMs/Verträge) und bleiben auch bei Produkt- und Prozessänderungen gut pflegbar.
Und es ist teamtauglich: Produkt/Ops können mitarbeiten, ohne dass alles in einem Legal-Flaschenhals hängen bleibt.

> **Cons**: Zu wenig Integrationen/Exports: Ich will vieles direkt nach Jira/Confluence/Notion oder in interne Vendor-/Doku-Workflows schieben, ohne Copy-Paste.

Kollaboration/Versionierung könnte stärker sein: klare Freigabe-Workflows, Änderungsverlauf, Verantwortlichkeiten pro Bereich noch “enterprise”-tauglicher.

Komplexe Setups werden schneller zäh: bei vielen Use Cases, Mandanten/Kunden-Varianten und unterschiedlichen Datenflüssen braucht’s noch mehr Modellierung “ohne Beratungsaufwand”.

Wir kommen zügig zu brauchbarer, konsistenter Dokumentation und können Aufgaben sauber im Team verteilen, ohne dass alles am Legal-Engpass hängt. > **Pros**: Wir waren mit unserer Aikidoschule Teil des Tests von Metasoul für Vereine. Uns lag schon länger das Problem mit dem Datenschutz für Vereinsmitglieder im Magen, weil wir hier nichts hatten. Nach dem Ausfüllen eines Fragenkatalogs bekamen wir eine Datenschutzrichtlinie, die wir auf der Webseite darstellen und seither jedem Mitglied ausgedruckt mitgeben. Mir hat sehr gut gefallen, dass die Fragen sehr einfach und schnell zu beantworten waren und das Ergebnis auch für mich als Datenschutz-Anfänger sehr gut verständlich war und auch inhaltlich Sinn gemacht hat.

> **Cons**: Das Wechseln zwischen Fragenkatalog und Datenschutzerklärung ist nicht 100 % intuitiv, aber wenn man weiß, wie es funktioniert, stört es nicht mehr.

> Wir haben jetzt endlich eine einfache Datenschutzerklärung im Verein, die wir den Mitgliedern geben können. Die Nutzung könnte etwas intuitiver sein, aber wenn man bedenkt, dass man das Tool vermutlich nur ein mal alle heiligen Zeiten benötigt, ist das OK.
