> **Pros**: The platform is streamlined so easy to use for rotas, training and agency. The support has been excellent, not just someone offering a solution, but listening to us as the user. We then work collaboratively which is so refreshing and means we have input into the improvement of the products.

> From starting with Florence with their agency platform, to training to now using their rotas and T+A, the team have been outstanding. Regular check ins, unlimited training, and being given a voice makes Florence stand out from the rest. I thoroughly enjoy meetings as it is and has always been a two-way street or ideas and finding solutions. When things have gone wrong, we have all looked at the reasons, with no defensiveness just genuine understanding and care.
