Two days later, Paddle sent me an email stating that my refund request had been declined. Since then, up until today, the 15th of December, I have repeatedly contacted 3Commas via their chat. Their only response has been that they have sent the refund request to Paddle and that I need to wait. I also requested a written confirmation via email from 3Commas stating that the refund request was submitted, but they have never replied.
