We previously were still relying on paper fax to obtain medical records and referrals, ArcHouse has a fax function, so we are also able to obtain outside records more quickly. > > **Cons**: Not a thing. There is not anything that I do not like about ArcHouse. I have no complaints to report. > > My agency agreed to an ArcHouse trial in January to test the product and services. We were all initially a bit skeptical about this program because it seemed too good to be true. The platform and services have exceeded all of our expectations\! ArcHouse is very user friendly, entering new patient information only takes a few seconds and within 5-10 minutes we have a patient summary with an overview, clinical trajectory, functional status, and suggested primary diagnosis with supporting data. ArcHouse compiles provider notes, other clinical documents, lab values, and family contacts. ALL of this information is literally at our fingertips within 5-10 minutes\! Our admissions staff have access to ArcHouse and it has streamlined our admissions process. Our patient acceptance rates and our conversion rates have increased since starting with ArcHouse in January.
