From the very beginning, I have received outstanding customer service. I have to mention \[sensitive content hidden\] as she is consistently dedicated, helpful, responsive, and thoughtful. So customer service is number one. But there are many other things I like about Nivo from ease of use to template designs. Nivo was designed for smaller tour operators like me. The set up time was swift -- largely because \[sensitive content hidden\] and her team mates held my hand throughout -- and I have honestly enjoyed interacting with the platform. It has so much functionality that helps me sell tours, as well as organize itineraries and bookings, take payments, and more. The biggest is probably the customer support. Whenever I have an issue, I know that I can track someone down to help me. The value is also incredible. There was live tracking with flight updates (similar to how Travefy notifies you via email if there is a delay), and if there is a payment issue, I have to get support involved.
