> **Pros**: We run Bizrate across a couple of our e-commerce brands to capture CSAT and post-purchase feedback, and it does that job reliably. The surveys are easy to deploy, and the data we get back is genuinely useful for understanding where customers are happy or frustrated in the buying experience. Honestly, though, the best part has been working with Masego, our account rep. She's been fantastic over the years, always responsive, genuinely knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us get the most out of the platform rather than just managing the account. That kind of support is rare, and it's a big reason we've stuck with Bizrate.

> **Cons**: The main drawback is on any non-paid tiers. The interstitial survey pop-up includes Bizrate's own offers, such as magazine subscriptions, and some of our customers misread it as us asking for sensitive personal information related to their order. It creates confusion at a moment when you want the post-purchase experience to feel clean and trustworthy. The data is actually going to Bizrate, not us, but customers don't always understand that distinction. Worth knowing going in if brand experience at checkout matters to you.
