The platform is user-friendly, easy to navigate, and allows us to assign and monitor training in real time. We also value the structured learning paths, the ability to upload agency-specific materials, and the integration with Caresmartz360, which automatically syncs active caregivers and saves significant administrative time.

While we can upload company policies, there is no fully built-in e-signature feature for caregivers to formally acknowledge and sign them within the same workflow. This requires us to use an additional system to track signed agreements.
