This makes it easier to update information all in one spot as opposed to different platforms. But our favorite thing is the FACTS customer service and training teams. Numeric sorting appears to behave lexicographically rather than numerically in some contexts. For example, 100 may appear before 20, which appears before 30. This creates confusion when working with grades. Common classroom tasks require too many screens, clicks, and loading delays. Entering grades or attendance should be streamlined because teachers are often doing these tasks while actively managing a classroom. I cannot easily determine whether parents have viewed grade information. Teachers are not notified when parent notifications are sent. Overall, the workflow does not feel optimized around classroom efficiency and teacher time constraints. I often get error messages obviously intended for developers. It is not clear what FACTS settings are configurable nor who has configuration authority. Performance and reliability System responsiveness is a major issue during the school day. Because of delays and loading time, I often avoid using FACTS live during class and instead keep records on paper for later transcription. I have already experienced multiple outages despite using the platform for less than a year. Reliability is extremely important for systems used continuously during instruction. Multi-factor authentication is understandable from a security standpoint, but the overall login experience needs to be much faster and smoother. Teachers frequently use the platform in real-time instructional settings where every minute matters. Facts is horrible software, a horrible product, has horrible support. In years past, RenWeb sort of lost its way with not really understanding who its core customer was - K-12 schools.
