> **Pros**: For me - the scheduling feature is really nice as well as the ability for both me and my clients to view bookings/invoices through a shared portal.  I also like that I can view my invoices and their status all in one place.  We won't talk about the wild spreadsheet situation that used to be my system\!

> **Cons**: There are currently more features than what I'm using so I'm working up in my comfort level with each of them.
> 
> Both me and my clients seem to like the platform and its flexibility.  The ability to have all of my pet biz information on one platform is super handy for me and clears alot of digital clutter.  When I've reached out to customer support they've been super helpful.  I hope to start using more features (like the report cards and scheduling) as my business grows, but for now this bit of automation is a great value for my small business.

> **Cons**: It is still working out some kinks, so that is understandable. VERY NEEDED is an in-app messaging system. Report cards are great, but I often send updates throughout the stay and don't want to give out my personal cell phone just to send a quick photo. Also, just an app overall would make life easier with communication and for pet parent portal.

> So far so good\! I'm a relatively new user, and I have had a pretty good experience so far. Setup was easy, I was able to "test" out services with dummy clients and setups. Their feedback/bug reports are amazing -- I almost always get a response quickly, which is super helpful.

> I own a Dog Boarding Business. It did not even have the basics I needed to operate. I wanted a Kennel Card that I could print with all the dogs information. They did not have that.  I emailed a few times and the last email was left unanswered. Today I received an email asking for this review.

> **Pros**: Scritches has been very easy for myself and clients to navigate. I like that it does not require an app, therefore less glitches and bugs. My clients have enjoyed seeing the "emotional" report cards and the emojis that show how their pets mood was during visits as well.

> **Cons**: My least favorite thing about Scritches is that it does not offer an instant payout through the stripe processing platform. And that it currently does not have an option for clients to communicate with me through Scritches.
> 
> So far I have enjoyed Scritches. After using well known platforms and apps for years and constantly having glitches it became tiresome. I also have liked that Scritches has a fun approach to how pet report cards are shown. It's been extremely easy for clients to request bookings, and for me to limit how many visits per day to take on. In the past, not having that option would at times cause overbooking and a lot of extra work.

> **Cons**: It's in Beta so it's still improving. The link to have my clients sign up is long, even though there's a QR code , many of my clients are older and don't quite get the codes.

> Fantastic. I have been with a other pet sitting for software for almost ten years and switched to Scritches. I love the calendar option where I can block dates and times, the client reports are adorable and all in all its very easy to use. The admin takes your requests for changes seriously and is constantly tweaking it to make it even better. I give them two paws up\!
