> **Pros**: I use IndyForms predominantly to manage all internal and external communication and documentation in my consulting business. I think what initially drew me to the platform was the time-saving benefits as well as the amazing form builder tool and the forms it produces-- they're so versatile and I love the look of them\! It's just so easy to send a contract or an agreement to a contractor for e-signining, and I can even take initial deposit payments through my forms as well -- and this is just the tip of the iceberg.

The form builder tool is one of my favourite aspects of the platform as a consultant -- it's so easy to drag and drop whatever fields I need to create forms, and using the AI to help build forms is so helpful, as you can actually have a conversation with the AI and see changes made to your form as you chat. The forms themselves present so nicely, I can use conditional logic to make them streamlined, and I rarely have to chase people to complete them thanks to the fact they're clear and streamlined - and probably thanks to the automated reminders IndyForms sends also.

The document storage capabilities are also super helpful, I can make edits to my documents directly in the IndyForms platform, so I don't have to waste time downloading and re-uploading edited documents and worry my team members are using the old versions. It cuts down on the amount of different systems I need to use, which is amazing.

Overall, it's an amazing time-saving tool that helps me focus on my core service rather than business admin\!
